What It Really Means to Have a Supportive Partner

29.06.2017 in Empowerment, Gratitude, Healing, Love, Positive Thinking, Psychic Readings, Relationships, Soulmate, Spirituality, Stress Management, Twin Flame

“The best possible thing you can get out of a relationship is that you’re with someone who encourages you to be the best version of yourself every day.” ~Nishan Panwar

Let me ask you a question. When was the last time you felt supported? When was the last time you felt safe, at home, encouraged, and able to be 100 percent yourself?

If your partner creates a safe space for you to do this, then you are truly blessed. If not, have you ever wondered why you don’t feel safe, supported, and loved?

How to Move On When Your Ex Already Has

By: Vishnu

“Like a sandcastle, all is temporary. Build it, tend it, enjoy it. And when the time comes, let it go.” ~Jack Kornfield

I picked up the butter cookies and a small postcard-sized painting I had brought for her.

I took the third-floor hotel elevator down.

Closing my eyes, I took several deep breaths.

The elevator ride was less than five seconds, but our time spent apart was five years.

Five years after the divorce I had flown up to see her again.

I’m not sure what led to this meeting.

Coping With Trust Issues

26.06.2017 in Empowerment, Healing, Love, Positive Thinking, Relationships, Spirituality, Stress Management

By: Psychic Rhonda

It is very difficult getting past a betrayal and broken trust in a relationship and sometimes some people are not able to. You love your partner dearly, but you can’t seem to get past that infidelity that happened before. You question every move and everything suddenly becomes suspicious. Working late, if they went where they said they went, text messages, etc. What was once pure lovers bliss has become a very miserable life. You argue more but you don’t want to; however, your intuition is telling you that they are back to their old tricks again and you are being played for a fool.

Understanding Love Relationships in the Work Setting

15.06.2017 in Empowerment, Love, Relationships, Soulmate, Spirituality, Stress Management, Twin Flame

By: Psychic Tonya

How do you know if someone is interested in you and is invested in getting to know you outside of work?

It does not matter if it’s a coworker, supervisor, or boss, sign language is the key factor to understanding if someone is invested in getting to know you.

For instance at first, I did not know if I was just seeing things between my lover and I since my lover was just a friend for years before becoming a partner. He was more of a coworker, we never associated with one another outside of work.

How to Start Setting Boundaries and Prioritizing Your Needs

12.06.2017 in Empowerment, Healing, Health, Love, Manifestation, Positive Thinking, Spirituality

By: Naomi Arnold

“You teach people how to treat you by what you allow, what you stop, and what you reinforce.” ~Tony Gaskins

I highly value being loyal, honest, empathetic, and supportive. I am also partial to advocating for the underdog. As a result, I have historically attempted to be a ‘hero’ in situations of difficulty, tension, conflict, or stress.

I take pride in being the person who others can turn to for support, guidance, and empathy after an upsetting experience.

When a friend was going through a troublesome period, I literally dropped everything to race to her and give her a hand.

6 Ways to Make Dating Less Frustrating

“You are strong when you know your weaknesses. You are beautiful when you appreciate your flaws. You are wise when you learn from your mistakes.” ~Unknown

Social discovery apps and online dating sites provide us with an incredible amount of dating options. It should be easier to find the right person. Ironically, having more options has led to increased impatience and high expectations among those of us searching for love.

We disregard potential friends and mates at the blink of an eye, often trading them in for the illusory search for the ideal person.

Low Self-Esteem Can Alter Your Thoughts

01.06.2017 in Empowerment, Health, Love, Positive Thinking, Spirituality, Stress Management

By: Psychic Janette

Hello, I am Janette and I want to write about how low self-esteem alters our thinking and emotions. I have been working on myself for a long time and I have noticed something important about this.

Low self-esteem (most of the cases) comes from our past. Perhaps you were bullied during school years, dealt with parents puting you down, didn’t have a good friend to be with, you name it. I have been there. Building friendships can be hard later on too.

But, it is very important to notice and acknowledge whether you have low self-esteem,

A Broken Heart Is an Open Heart

30.05.2017 in Empowerment, Health, Love, Relationships, Spirituality

By: Jamie Greenwood

“A broken heart is not the same as sadness. Sadness occurs when the heart is stone cold and lifeless. On the contrary, there is an unbelievable amount of vitality in a broken heart.” ~Elizabeth Lesser

“I love you but I’m not in love with you” was the line my first boyfriend used when he broke up with me. I was twenty-two.

We were only together six months but I cried over him for a solid year, thinking a few parallel thoughts: “If I were thinner and prettier he would’ve been in love with me,“ “How could he not be in love with me,

By: Zachary Goodson

“When something bad happens you have three choices. You can let it define you, let it destroy you, or you can let it strengthen you.” ~Unknown

Relationships are tough. Even more difficult is maintaining healthy boundaries within a relationship.

My head hurts and I feel like I’m going to throw up. Let me explain. I’m in a loving, healthy relationship with a beautiful woman, and I’m proud to call her my partner.

Great, so why do I feel like I want to throw up? Well, because last night was a tough night for us,

Are You in Love with the Idea of Being in Love?

29.05.2017 in Empowerment, Love, Positive Thinking, Relationships, Soulmate, Spirituality, Stress Management

By: Annie Oudom

“When we can no longer change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” ~Viktor Frankl

“But no. We can give it another chance; I know we can. We just have to try harder…” were my desperate words to him as he was breaking up with me for the second time.

As I am reading those words, out loud, I feel a little sting in my heart. It’s been a while since I revisited this experience and for some reason, it feels bittersweet.

It’s been about nine months since he told me that he didn’t see a future for us,
