Are The People Around You Bringing You Down?

Hello my name is Amber , I am writing today to explain what negative  people can do to your life and how they can cause you stress and even cause you to go backwards in your life.

I will explain to you what is the best way to ignore these people, the best way to keep your distance from these people,  and the ideal way to make your life better and stronger by releasing these peoples’ negative energies. I have listed seven things that will let you know if you are around negative people. Please pay attention to the list so you can stop soaking up the negative energy right now.

 

  1. Conversations leave you feeling confused , stressed and exhausted.
  2. You keep hearing weird compliments, or just plain criticism.
  3. You feel bad for being yourself or speaking your mind.
  4. You listen to lots of talk about fear and sadness and feel fear or anxiety.
  5. There’s lots of complaining, but no desire for help or change.
  6. They make you feel guilty if you are happy or in a good mood.
  7. They say thing to you like I wish I was you I wish I had your life. Just sounding jealous if you are happy or if something good has happened in your life.

I’ve learned to love many people from a safe distance, especially the people who were abusively negative. There’s no right way to do this, but it is best to keep your distance from these people as much as possible.

Negative energy can bring you down in all areas of your life. This can also be brought on by other people around you  – even family members and very close friends. There are people complaining about life constantly, practicing bad habits and bringing you down. The emotions they spread influence your thoughts and actions in a bad way where you soak it up and then negative things come into your life which cause you stress and anxiety.

Thoughts influence your actions, so, if you think negatively, things will happen backwards for you and that will cause all areas of your life to not be better or stronger. Negative thoughts bring negative side effects to your life.When you think positive, positive things will happen for you. Yes sometimes things become difficult in life and you have your downs, but it is always important not to focus on the negative and to be strong. That way the positive things can happen in your life where you will feel happier and at peace.

Never let negative people bring you down . 

Cut them off! Keep your distance from them and try not to be in contact with them. I understand sometimes it is hard but once you cut them out of your life you will feel better and happier and able to experience more joy.

Your surroundings have a tremendous impact on yourself. If you hang around negative people that constantly complain about their life and how things will never get better for them (they believe all of their life is a constant struggle), then you do indeed have negativity around you. Basically you catch negative energies as you would catch a cold from other people.  On the other hand if you spend time with positive people, you are more likely to be happy and content. You can also catch their positive energies which will make you feel better, make you feel as if you can grow as a person, and you will truly believe that you can become successful in all areas of your life. You will simply know that a good future awaits you and be able to become a better and stronger person. Transform your negative into positive today and step away from the people who constantly serve to bring you back down. A whole life is waiting for you right now, so go get it.
